Why the Guiding Toothbrush has more Bristles
Whiter teeth, healthier gums and to last longer than any of the big American brand toothbrushes.
There are three (3) technical reasons the Guiding toothbrush has more bristles.
When I designed the Guiding toothbrush, I squeezed as many bristles into the head as I could.
The extra bristles make it work better as a toothbrush and will also make it last longer.
Guiding toothbrushes use “Broom Technology” bristles to physically sweep plaque and gunk off teeth and gums – even without using toothpaste.

It is important to realise that it is the ends of the bristles that do the best cleaning – NOT the sides of the bristles.
The extra bristles make it harder to splay the bristles out like a worn-out “Shaggy Dog” toothbrush when brushing. This means you more likely to use the ends of the bristles when brushing with a Guiding toothbrush.
This is why most people say their “Mouth feels cleaner and for longer” after using a Guiding toothbrush.
I suspect it was for marketing reasons that the big American brands removed half the bristles from their toothbrushes.
As this made their toothbrushes ineffective as a toothbrush people had to start buying their expensive whitening toothpastes and their even more expensive electric toothbrushes.
To be fair, these ineffective toothbrush designs only started after famous designers from Adidas and Nike were hired to design toothbrushes.
